Although trained as a software designer, Dale's life work has encompassed all types of design.  He likes to say "good design is good design". This applies whether it is a home, a piece of furniture, a piece of software, a website, a photograph or a musical instrument.  All of his items on this site reflect his sense of design, balance, line and color.

Over the years his works have progressed from those influenced by other artists, e.g., "Ode to Ode to Miró," to original creations such as the "Organic Textures in Harmony" and the "6061" furniture collection. Many artists have a recognizable style. Dale's works go through a series of major shifts as new areas to explore reveal themselves.  Examples of this are the progressions from paintings to constructions to furniture, each step making an abrupt jump in design, style and function.  This can be illustrated by:

2. Three dimensional wall hangings - Black and White, AlAgCu.
3. Self-standing creations - The Five Seasons.
4. Furniture - 6061 Aquarium Stand.
